The Problem
Virtual desktop users obtain their desktop applications via remote connection from a desktop or terminal to a virtual server. In some cases this remote connection is setup and managed by an intermediate system typically called a broker. If the broker or remote connections are not configured appropriately, or in cases such as system overload, users may be unable to connect. Depending on the configuration, other connection or login failures may also occur, interrupting the user’s session.
